The beginning was very humble. Platanias was still a typical Greek
village, that surely attracted almost no travellers. Our beloved grandmother,
doing needlework as a profession at the time, had a vision. The love for her
birthplace gave her the faith that Platanias would become what it is today,
a beloved travellers destination. She dared to begin building one of the first
apartments in Platanias and we want to state ,that we are very grateful for it.

The last years the hotel is ran by her children Manolis and Anastasia
but the concept remains the same, be innovative and honor your roots. Nowadays
our hotel includes a completely renovated restaurant, just one breath from the sea.
